Get Started with Mind Mail

Follow these steps to install the Chrome Extension and start using Mind Mail in Gmail— no technical background required.

Install Mind Mail

Install via Chrome Web Store (Recommended)
  • Mind Mail is available on the Chrome Web Store
  • Open it via a direct link or search for “Mind Mail”
  • Review the description, features, and screenshots
  • Click Add to Chrome
  • Mind Mail will install automatically and be ready to use in Gmail
Install Manually (ZIP / Unpacked Extension)

  • Download the Mind Mail ZIP file from our website

  • Unzip (extract) the file to a folder on your computer

  • Open Chrome and go to Extensions:

    • Type chrome://extensions in the address bar, or

    • Menu (⋮) → Extensions → Manage Extensions

  • Enable Developer mode (top-right)

  • Click Load unpacked

  • Select the unzipped folder (the extracted Mind Mail folder) and click Select Folder

  • The extension will install instantly

 Important: After installation, please pin the Mind Mail extension to your browser toolbar to ensure quick and convenient access while using Gmail.

Set Up Mind Mail

  • Open Gmail and ensure Mind Mail icon is visible in the top-right corner
  • Click the icon and log in (if required) to connect your account
  • Review default settings for composing and sending emails
  • Test Mind Mail by composing a sample email to see suggestions in action

  • Click Buy from Subscriptions page
