Deployment

Cloud or private. Start with one role.

Choose the environment that fits your organization, run a focused pilot and measure what improves.
Deployment

Choose an environment that fits your organization.

Cloud and private deployment provide different operating choices.
The environment in which an AI platform runs is part of the service design. Smart Mind offers cloud and private deployment options. The choice should reflect the organization’s infrastructure, data requirements and ability to operate the solution. Agent roles, knowledge and business integrations still need to be designed in either environment.
Cloud as an operating model
A cloud approach suits teams that want a managed environment and a straightforward way to make assistance accessible. The project still decides which information is connected, which services are enabled and how employees will use the platform, starting from a focused scope.
Private deployment and organizational control
A private deployment places greater emphasis on the organization’s chosen infrastructure and operating arrangements, where control over the environment is central. Architecture, capacity, model choices and maintenance responsibilities are agreed explicitly.

Implementation

Start with one role. Build a repeatable model.

A focused pilot connects the platform to work people already understand.
A successful introduction begins with a concrete use case. Choose a role with recognizable tasks, accessible knowledge and a team willing to review the experience. Define what a useful result looks like before connecting more sources or actions. This gives the pilot a manageable scope and makes feedback easier to interpret.
Define, connect and test
Describe the agent’s identity, role and goals. Select the Spaces and actions the task needs. Choose the channel closest to the work: mail, a process, a document workspace or another interface. Test with realistic requests, including missing context and ambiguous questions.
Expand from evidence
Once the pilot produces useful results, refine knowledge and services before adding roles. A reusable service or well-organized Space may support several later configurations. Training explains how to ask, inspect results and give feedback.

Value and evaluation

Measure what improves in the employee's work.

Judge the experience by useful outcomes and the effort needed to reach them.

The strongest case for agent-based assistance comes from the tasks it helps people complete. A pilot should evaluate more than how fluent an answer sounds. Can employees find the information they need? Is the draft relevant? How much correction is required? Does the experience fit the workflow?

Look at quality and effort together
A response that arrives quickly but needs extensive correction may not improve the task. Evaluation considers relevance, completeness, source suitability and the amount of review needed. For process assistance, feedback includes whether the suggestion fits the field and stage of work.
Use feedback to improve the configuration
Repeated questions reveal missing knowledge; repeated corrections show where a role or service needs refinement. Compare a representative set of tasks before and after the pilot, using criteria agreed with the employees involved.
