Knowledge, in view.

Document workspaces and knowledge exploration, and the knowledge foundation every agent draws on.
Spaces / Knowledge

Give your knowledge a place to work.

Spaces provides the knowledge foundation for agents and employees.
Documents become more useful when people can explore them around a question. Spaces organizes knowledge into focused collections and uses retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG, to bring relevant material into an answer. In the platform architecture, Spaces supplies the knowledge context an agent needs. It also offers a direct workspace for people who want to investigate documents, compare information and develop their understanding before taking the next step.
Organize around a meaningful subject
A useful Space has a clear purpose: product information, internal procedures or material for a particular project. The choice of content defines the evidence available to the user or agent. A shared knowledge foundation can serve several agents while preserving their different working scopes.
Connect retrieval with interpretation
RAG brings relevant source material into the conversation. The next step is to interpret it in relation to the question: explain a policy passage, compare it with another document or use it as context for a draft. Source quality, completeness and freshness remain important.

Spaces / The workspace

Explore, compare and build understanding.

A document-centered experience for everyday knowledge work.

Sometimes the task begins with exploration. An employee may be learning a subject, comparing reports or reviewing an unfamiliar procedure. The Spaces interface offers a focused environment for working with documents and collections through questions. Its notebook-like approach keeps the conversation close to the material being studied, so users can move from a broad question to a precise one as their understanding develops.

Work across related knowledge
Many questions cross document boundaries. A project review may require a procedure, a technical description and a recent report. Multi-Space exploration makes it possible to consider selected collections together and turns the workspace into a place for comparison and synthesis.
Carry insights into the next activity
A useful summary may become the basis of a meeting note, an explanation or a response to a colleague. Spaces supports saving and organizing insights, with export options. One supports deliberate exploration; the agent applies assigned knowledge to a defined objective.
